🔍 Returns/Exchanges Due to Quality Issues

  2. 📦 Condition: Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories & tags.

  3. 💸 Shipping Costs: Customer is responsible for all shipping costs (return & reship).

⚠️ Damaged Items Policy
Contact us within 3 days of receipt with video evidence:

  • 🛑 Severe Damage (Unusable): Full refund, replacement, or repair.

  • ⚠️ Significant Damage: Option to keep for partial refund (e.g., 50%) or replacement (requires clear photos).

  • 🔍 Minor Damage (e.g., scratches/dents, no function impact): Partial refund possible (e.g., 2%-10%, close-up photos required). ❌ Full refund not applicable.

❌ Refused Delivery & Damaged Packaging

  1. 📦 Packaging Damaged, Product OK? DO NOT REFUSE! ✔️ Sign for it, take photos, contact us.

  2. 🚫 Refused Without Notice? Refunds will not be issued. ❗ Refusing international shipments (where shipping often costs more than the item) causes us significant loss as parcels are destroyed locally. Refund requests denied.

🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  1. Customer error, damage, stains, missing parts.

  2. ✂️ Customized/Personalized items.

  3. Altered packaging/missing tags causing potential damage.

  4. 👕 Used products.

  5. 🏷️ Clearance/Special Discount items.

  6. Minor scratches not affecting function.

  7. Size discrepancies < 0.5 inches.

💰 Refund Policy & Fees

  1. Damaged Items: Compensation based on severity (see above).

  2. 💸 Original Shipping: Non-refundable.

    • Confirmed, production NOT started: 8% fee.

    • In production/completed, NOT shipped: 20%-50% fee.

    • Shipped/In Transit: 80% fee.

  5. ✉️ Wrong Address/Reship? Customer pays costs.

  6. 🔄 Change Order (Size/Color/Style) After Production?

    • Before shipping: 10% fee.

    • After shipping started: 50% fee + customer pays shipping.
