Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging are intact

  • The item is not customized (name, number, crest)

⚠️ Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  2. Include your order number and reason for the return

  3. Our team will respond with return instructions


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged or incorrect

  • Please use a trackable shipping service to avoid lost returns


💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We'll notify you by email

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider)


Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized jerseys (name, number, or crest)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Worn, washed, or damaged products not caused by us


🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style:

  1. Return the original item for a refund

  2. Place a new order for the item you want
